Hey Everyone,
The Fighting Illini Bass Club will be having an Executive Board Meeting this Wednesday, April 27th at 7:30pm in the basement of Geovanti's
We will be further discussing our fundraising tournament and new sponsorship developments. We will also be covering club rule interpretation relating to a current disagreement within the club. Because of this I am asking all Executive Board members as well as the Top 10 members to attend this meeting. I cannot stress the importance of your attendance at this meeting, if I could make it mandatory I would. I understand this is a very busy time of year but I would really appreciate it if everyone made their best effort to be at this meeting.
I have attached our club's Constitution to this post. If you are planning on attending this meeting, please read through the Constitution completely and make sure you understand it. In addition to discussing the rule interpretation, we will be going over necessary changes to the Constitution and I would like everyone's input on what needs to be added or changed.
In addition, Justin has requested that all Big 10 members attend this meeting as some of our sponsors have decided to make a donation that will go to you guys. If an important discussion isn't enough to get you guys out to the meeting, maybe free fishing lures will be.
