Hey guys and gals,
The University of Illinois will be hosting the next stop on the Midwest Collegiate Fishing trail. We are hosting a tournament on Lake Shelbyville Saturday, June 29th out of Eagle Creek Marina.
This is a fun and also competitive little tournament league, perfect for people who are wanting "to get their feet wet" in tournament angling. The cost is $80 per boat, so $40 per person. Launch will be about 6:30a.m. and weigh in will be at 3 p.m.
Anyone who is wanting to be a boater or co-angler for this tournament please post below and list whichever it is you wish to be. If you are reading this and can be a boater for this tournament then I strongly urge you to consider it, we will have a lot of co-anglers wanting to fish and the more people we can get out there the better!
We will also be needing a few people to come help run the weigh in, if at all possible. It will not be near as extensive or difficult as the high school tournament, basically just running the scales and handing out the results. So if you can't make the tournament but can make it to help with the weigh-in process; please post below as well. Thanks everyone.

I will start. This is Luke Stoner and I am eligible as a co-angler for this tournament. I will also be there to help run the tournament from start to finish. I may be interested in camping out the night or two before, if anyone else is thinking about that let me know. (309) 202-2018

I am very interested in being a co-angler. I haven't had the opportunity to fish in a tournament yet so this would be a really great experience.

I am free to be a coangler and might even be able to prefish it a weekend before. Let me know when everyone plans on going down so I can take off work.

Im coming down and I might bring my tow vehicle down. Are we camping or what? Let me know I can only head down after 3 on friday so probably no pre fishing.
