So this weekend i took a friend and on one spot in 6 hours between the two of us we had an honest count of 122 fish. Biggest one was just over 6 lbs with another about 4.5. Sunday i returned to the same spot and my girlfriend and i had 78 fish. The fish on this spot are mostly largemouth with the exception of a few stripers about 15" and some HUGE crappie. Here are some pics from my cell phone because the batteries in my digital camera were dead. the two fish on the same crank happend 3 times saturday and 2 times sunday. they sure are active. enjoy!

and i dont know where you came up with the 23" because the formula typically used is length cubed divided by 1600 so 21*21*21=9261. 9261/1600=5.79 lbs. this formula has been used by fishermen without scales to get approxamate weights for years and was listed in a north american fishing guide in 2004. i have a copy in my room. 23" would be 7.6 lbs. this fish however was weighed on a quality chatilion scale. this scale was ordered from bps and was well over 100 dollars.

the scale is calibrated........its how i hold the fish.........look at the pics from clinton this weekend.........i held it about 15-18 inches from my body.......the top fish in this thread was like 6" from the body to get a true idea about length. what types of structure do you fish there? i catch the tar out of the bass there
