I just got back for a bite to eat. I caught 3 fish about 14-16" and saw easily a 8lber! Same pond I was at the other day...They're movin up on beds...its january...interesting

i was out there for a while....something odd, for some reason im beginning to think they are post-spawn? Is that even possible!?! there's a lot of fry and empty beds...there was a giant momma lurking around this bed with like a 4ft diameter. i couldnt even death hammer her. florida bass are so skittish. I only got 2 more smallish fish 12-13" on senkos.

Florida bass will spawn anywhere from December through April (maybe later?). So there might be some fish on beds, some pre- and some post- spawn. Those are some pretty looking fish too.
