Just a heads up that the Illini Bass Fishing Club will be having an Executive Board meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, November 2nd at 7:30pm at Geovanti's. Yes, I said Geovanti's; they appear to still be open and I haven't heard anything more about them closing. So, for now, we will continue to have our Executive Board meetings there so that our members under 19 can still attend.
We are going to be doing more preparation work for our possible high school tournament and assigning responsibilities for the organization of the event. We will also be planning some days to work on our boats during the offseason and prioritizing the things that need to be done to them. We will also be planning some other offseason events that will prepare us better for next season's tournaments.
It should be a pretty interesting meeting and there will be plenty of opportunities to get more involved with our club. So come on out, enjoy some chicken fingers (while they last) and talk some fishing with us. Hope to see everyone out there!
